Before you message us
Is there a booking or convenience fee?
The fare we quote on WhatsApp is the total you pay — we don't add a separate convenience fee on top. Any gateway or operator charge is shown before you confirm.
How fast will I get my ticket confirmed?
Most bus and flight enquiries get a reply with live options within 15 minutes during our working hours (9 AM–9 PM). Confirmed tickets are sent right after payment.
Can I cancel or reschedule after booking?
Yes, subject to the operator's or airline's own cancellation policy for that fare type — we'll tell you the exact rules before you pay, not after.
Do you also book train tickets?
Not at the moment — we currently specialise in bus and flight tickets between Indian cities. Ask us anyway; we may be able to point you in the right direction.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, major debit/credit cards and net banking, via a secure payment link sent to you once your seat or fare is confirmed.
Do I need to install an app to book?
No. Everything is handled over phone call or WhatsApp — search, confirmation, payment link and e-ticket delivery.
